This guided meditation massage is a deeply relaxing and healing treatment, combining a full body massage to relax and heal your body with a guided meditation to soothe your mind. The mind-body connection is a powerful one. Massage Therapy in itself naturally calms the body and mind and so does mindfulness- so the two combined can provide a even deeper relaxing experience, calms our busy minds, and redirects our focus on the important work being done on specific body parts. What will actually occur if I book a Mindful Meditation Massage Therapy session? Everything you would expect from a regular Massage Therapy Session, except the focus will be of you being mindful of your experience during the Massage Treatment. This will likely include focused deep-breathing, being mindful of your breathe and body; and generally integrating complete relaxation into your therapeutic treatment.
