Energetic Touch Massage Therapy

Traditionally Thai massage is done on a mat on the floor. Unlike traditional Thai massage, Table Thai Massage is performed on a massage table and clients remain fully clothed in comfortable clothing allowing ease of movement and flexibility. Your massage therapist will guide you through yoga poses, manipulating your body into stretches. They will use their thumbs, palms, forearms, hands, elbows, knees, and feet to guide you into a series of yoga-like stretches while also applying rocking, compressions, acupressure, and other Thai massage techniques. It is often called the “lazy man” yoga because it passively stretches the client. The techniques are great for improving flexibility in athletes or anyone interested in a great stretch! Its techniques will open your joints, stretch your muscles and tendons and balance your energy. The overall effect is one of deep relaxation, rejuvenation, physical and mental well being. 

*This style of massage is practiced fully clothed - please wear loose fitting clothing.

-The entire 60 minute session, you will be lying face up on the massage table.
-The 75 and 90 minute sessions, include work on the posterior side and or the side lying position as well as lying face up. I always recommend booking the 90 minute Thai Massage.
