Table Thai Massage
Table Thai Massage is a fully clothed, assisted-stretching massage performed on a massage table rather than on the floor. Using gentle guidance, your therapist moves your body through yoga-like stretches while applying rhythmic compression, rocking, and acupressure techniques.

Often called “lazy yoga,” this treatment allows you to receive the benefits of stretching without any effort. It’s especially beneficial for improving flexibility, opening joints, releasing muscle tension, and restoring energy balance.

Clients often leave feeling deeply relaxed, rejuvenated, and more open in both body and mind.

What to expect:
• Performed fully clothed — please wear loose, comfortable clothing
• Assisted stretching combined with compression and acupressure
• No oils or lotions used

Session details:
• 60 minutes: Face-up work only
• 75 & 90 minutes: Includes posterior and/or side-lying work
• For the most complete experience, a 90-minute session is recommended

Ideal for athletes, active individuals, or anyone seeking a deep, restorative stretch.
